out of 5 starsI'm 33 years old and hadn't stepped foot in a gym or fitness center for over 5 years. After a major surgery and two kids, fitness was the last thing on my mind. One day a reluctantly went to I Love Kickboxing - Lakeland with some friends for a girls evening, and it turns out...I LOVE KICKBOXING! Not only are the staff members friendly and encouraging, the class is so much fun! Admittedly, I dread the warm-up, but enjoy the bag and partner work so much that I push my way through the warm-up and feel so proud of myself afterwards. I have found a new enthusiasm for fitness and can't speak highly enough for I Love Kickboxing - Lakeland.

out of 5 starsTHERE IS ALWAYS A DIFFERENT WORKOUT EVERYDAY AND THEY HAVE AMAZING TEACHERS! I STARTED 2 WEEKS BACK AND I ALREADY FEEL A CHANGE! I FEEL GREAT AFTER EACH WORKOUT!! DONT WAIT LONGER SIGN UP!

out of 5 starsIt keeps getting better. The instructors are great, extremely positive and know when to motivate and encourage. The warm ups are intense.There are partner drills, but you're hitting gloves and heavy bags so no getting punched or kicked in the face. If you're looking for a high intensity, fun workout; I highly recommend this place!
