I went in Friday to order the new fold 4, the manager Hector tried to help but was having a problem with his tablet. I went home ordered the phone it was delivered Monday. I was able to transfer everything but still couldn't call or message. So back I went to tmobile to see Hector. Hector was extremely patient with me,he went above and beyond to rectify my problem! I highly recommend this location.
