We recently bought a new apartment near Miami. As somebody who considers themselves pretty safety conscious, I just wasn’t happy with the previous electricians work in our new place. We got the guys in to upgrade and install a new electrical panel. We also put in dedicated circuits to prevent against any potential surges. Sure, we could have carried out the work cheaper with unprofessional electrician who isn’t accountable, but that's a risk; and I don't gamble with electrical issues. Thanks.
