We are the FIRST studio in Miami with the latest workout technique AntiGravity? Fitness. AG is a creative technique that derives from Aerial Yoga and is meant to inspire fitness! Additional techniques offered are Fundamentals, AirBarre, Suspension Fitness, Strength & Stretch and Restorative Yoga. Some of our classes will be dancing to the beat of live DJ, timbales or Brazilian drums for some fun and inspiration. Inspiration is the key to sticking with a fitness program so what are you waiting for? Who said fitness can?t be fun!
