Our field service solution is a proactive and seamless process that will assist facilities with timely repairs to reduce repair calls and provide patient ready equipment for medical and facility maintenance staff. At our customers request, our field service will initiate offsite repair solutions to help keep hallways and rooms free of broken equipment by removing hard down, repairs waiting on parts, hydraulic work or detail rust removal to our offsite location. Our offsite service specialist will diagnose, repair and return equipment in patient ready status.
