Please do your research before hiring the roofer at New Life Construction. He's not a licensed contractor with the State of Florida, so he may pull a permit under another contractor's name.
I, along with many other people hired him to do a re-roof, back in 2015. As others have stated on other reviews and sites, he doesn't call for a final inspection. When I found out the final inspection failed, for numerous issues, he won't return calls, and neither did the licensed contractor.
Buyer beware and if he pulls the permit before you sign the contract, it's a big red flag.

Look up on state website

Not a Licensed contractor. You should always look up on the state website to see if a contractor is legit and has a current license and get a certificate of insurance.
