We set out to create one of the world’s first breathwork and cold plunge studios to help people have less stress and more smiles. Through powerful breathwork sessions, either self-guided or in group classes, through our state-of-the-art cold plunge cocoon and our modern tea lounge, which provides a natural way for the body to warm up and socialize with other like-minded awesome humans.
