"Endocrinology is a branch of medicine dealing with hormones. An Endocrinologist treats diabetes, thyroid disorders, thyroid nodules, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, calcium disorders, osteoporosis, weight loss and PCOS. Our physicians are Board Certified Endocrinologists trained to diagnose and treat endocrine disorders. Drs. Krieger and Paraskos are trained in performing Fine Needle Aspirations (biopsies) of thyroid nodules. A biopsy can be performed on the day of the visit if necessary."
