When Gene, the manager is on duty, everything is great! However , when Gene is on vacation or not able to be there, the untrained technicians mess up everything. Gene knows my needs; i tried to order an over the counter Certirizine for allergies (generic of zyrtec without all the fillers), and 3 days later, 'wow, it didn't come in.' Train up these people, please Gene,
