Received flowers from family. Flowers looked like they were already a day old. Lily was wilted. Other flowers dead. Called them and they sent another arrangement. It looked worse than the first arrangement. Asked to speak to manager, who told me she had pics and flowers were fine. Wouldn't let me speak w owner. Told me to call 1-800 Flowers.
