Milton Pilates & Wellness is a full-service Pilates, fitness, and wellness studio with certified instructors serving Milton, Alpharetta and Roswell. In addition to a full range of Pilates classes and sessions, we also offer a host of other fitness services:  Barre Fusion classes, Cardio/Barre, and ZUMBA for adults of varied fitness levels. Clients will appreciate the warm, friendly environment this studio offers in addition to its state of the art apparatus and highly certified instructors. Our boutique style setting, smaller class sizes and individualized instruction are perfect for those individuals who are looking for a great alternative to the sweaty, noisy gyms.
