At CrossFit Paragon, we are about the bonds that are created between people and want to be the best hour of their entire day, every day. We see what the workout of the day (WOD) is, talk about the best strategy for the WOD, we help define your individual goal to set your CrossFit training program & track towards your specific purpose.
