Our boot camps are located in beautiful Piedmont Park in midtown Atlanta, Georgia. We offer convenient boot camp schedules that fit your busy schedule: Early morning, late morning, afternoon, evening and weekend classes are available. Our workouts are designed for everybody, whether you’re young or older, male or female, if you’re just getting back into it or are an avid fitness fanatic. Our goal is to create a fun, positive atmosphere while providing you workouts that are constantly mixing it up, and keeping your body on it’s toes to avoid plateaus. We incorporate 10 components of fitness: Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, Accuracy. The results are a leaner, stronger, more flexible, and a fit you! So whether you’re just trying to be healthier or improve your performance for your next marathon or triathlon, Fitness Battalion Boot Camp is for you!
