OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m a 1st time customer.
The BEST experience I’ve ever had with a tow truck company. All of my PAST experiences, they tell me an hour but take 2 hours (or more). Even past experience with dispatch was rude.
C3M was 100% different. fast and HONEST!! Dispatch was nice and held my hand the entire time. She reached out to me before tower came. She called me when he was pulling up. She even reached out to me afterwards. Kevin (the guy who towed my car) extremely professional. Super nice and knowledgeable. Kevin… if you’re reading this,, it was my alternator lol just like you thought haha. PRIOR to that conversation, I asked Kevin how far away is he. He said 12 minutes. He got there in 12 minutes!!!!!!! I was on the side of the highway. I had 12% of battery left. I told that to dispatch and she made sure I was okay and serviced. I am forever grateful for this company. I am a REAL customer. Many companies make up their reviews BUT this company, its real. I don’t leave reviews but this company deserves it.
