Car mart by Tiffany Boozer on 5/22/2023 Worse place by far..I got a car from the 2 years ago and I payed that car off; so I went back and got a 2013 gold Chevy Cruz. So I had tried to go get my tag for the car and couldn’t had to get the tag people to extend my drive out tag, finally when I called car mart I got my tag the next day.so I’ve had the car maybe 2 months and the car started running hot .I went and payed for the diagnostics test that car mart requires you to get when your car is still under warranty. So I called bc I live in rome which is about 50 miles from Dalton and I advised them that my car was running hot and I couldn’t make it to Dalton ..could I take the car to the Rome lot? Well according to MEGAN nobody in Rome could fix my car . She always went to tell me that if I could pay for the towing (which was $350) that there was nothing they could help me with but a PAYMENT PLAN ON MY PAYMENTS. She also told me that she could repossess my car; for no reason at all. They was very rude. So basically they wanted me to pay $350 in towing fees and the next week pay over $500 for a car payment. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard nothing from car mart or if Rome ever got anyone who could fix my car!!!! Megan is very unprofessional and RUDE ..when I talked to corporate they said that’s it totally up the car lot and when car mart gets done with the car ,they are going to charge me a $75 fee. Meanwhile my car is still UNDER CARMARTS WARRANTY.

Bad car overpriced by paulineseay76 on 3/10/2021 Dalton was suppose to give me a car for 85 a wk, the car never came in, so i went to chattanooga got one they up the price 115 a wk, its tore up 3 times the first 3 wks i had it, still isn't running right, i lost my job, cant pay on it so they keep sending a lady out from dalton named Angela , and i ask them serveral times not to come to my house without a mask on, but she tells my kids ahe can do whatever she wants bc shes 6 ft away but my camera at my house shows shes in my door way, and i have a 8 month old grandbaby there, last time she came out he was sick for 2 wks, they told me if they ever had to send someone out they would tell them to wear a mask, but that lady is rude, nasty and very disrespectful.. so apparently i would personally go somewhere else to get a car
