I went to your store on September 17, 2008 and found two open lines around 4:45...when most people are getting off work and trying to get home. People were standing and having to wait. You had the express line open with at least 15 people…

Big Bear is surviving because it has low prices and isone of the few grocery stores in the area. The store appears sketchy but the values inside are worth the venture.
