I came into have my braid/ wig redone. There was only one braided at work. She asked me to pay before service rendered, (strike one)I was hesitant ...but ok. Then they couldn’t even take the payment because the owner wasn’t there. She told me I needed to go get cash (strike two) then before she could start on my hair the owner called and told her to stop , call an Uber, and come pick up some money she owed someone. Seems like she wasn’t at work because she didn’t want to pay whoever she owed. She actually thought I was gonna pay her first, wait on her to leave and come back, then get my hair done.Ummmm NO! Especially after seeing several roaches running thru the hair supplies. Ummmmm no thanks! Keep your roaches and your poor customer service! I’m good luv , enjoy!
