Waited 45 minutes for order only to find that my order could not be located, even though the cook said it had been sent out. 14 people came in after me and got orders ate and several left. Still could not locate my order. Poor service…

The zaxby's in my town is great. Their food is great. The wait can be long though. They have really good buffalo fingers. You can dine in or out. They have great workers there.
