Dr. Anthony Carantzas

Dr. Anthony C. Carantzas is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, knee, and shoulder surgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center. Dr. Carantzas further specialized with a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Arizona in Tucson. He is affiliated with Wellstar Cobb Hospital and Wellstar Douglas Hospital and has served as a team physician for several high schools, including South Cobb High School, Allatoona High School (2008-2012), and North Paulding High School.
