Penny the office manager is old like in her late 50's and very rude and immature.
I have an appointment to see a doctor. Never made it in. I pay always before I go in and I explained to the woman at the front desk that I received a statement stating that I owe from my last visit and I would like to know what I owe for since I always pay before I go thru the door. Penny the office manager said for my last visit. She also told the lady I can pay before I leave But I asked her .. wait I want to know what it is for. And I WILL pay then. Penny didn't like me questioning what it was for and said either I pay now or I don't go see the doctor. I said I will pay when I find out what it is for and she told the woman to discharge me that I will no longer see this doctor.
She doesn't even know why I am coming to see the doctor. How can doctors know what's going on with their patients when they have staff that make it impossible to even want to come back. This is why I only come once a year. Due to staff like her
