From the moment I contacted ProSolar Hawaii back in 2013 I was doing business with a real person, not a company. Ryan Thomson personally handled all the calls I made and all the many details involved with the materials and installation. He alleviated all my concerns and completed the installation in a timely manner. Dealing with one person through the entire process provided the satisfaction needed through the whole experience. I just recently encountered a microinverter that was not reporting and this morning I called Ryan. He asked me for the number on the back of the Envoy that monitors panels and called me back short time later. He had already reported the problem to Enphase and they had already sent me an email telling me that it was covered by warranty and would be shipped to me. Ryan told me to call him when it arrived via FedEx and he would come and install it ASAP. He also said he would replace the wireless bridge that connects my internet to the Envoy monitor. I have been completely satisfied with Ryan and ProSolar Hawaii up to this point.
