Shell Rock Clinic providers and staff offer family health care services in a patient-centered setting. Julie Cousin, ARNP General Surgery Clinic Ms. Cousin received her undergraduate degree from Allen College and her post-nursing master's certificate from Minnesota State University. She joined the health center in March 2023.
