Welcome to Kuhlman Lake Service & Welding, Inc. At Kuhlmans we strive to provide great service at an affordable rate. Through these unstable economic times we want our customer to know that we are here to be your dependable lake service provider.


Kuhlman Lake Service started in 2007 and has grown substantially thanks to referrals from our wonderful customers. With our 2 barges, we service hoists on East Okoboji, Big Spirit Lake, Center Lake, Silver Lake, Lower Gar, Upper Gar, Lake Minnewashta & Lost Island Lake.

Lake Service includes:
-Shorestation dealer for hoists, trailers, and parts
-Consign and sell all brands of used hoists
-Replace cables, motors, drum switches, and poly logs
-Hoist & poly log cover repairs or replacements
-Repair hoists in our welding shop or portable on-site repairs
-Lube service available upon request, prices vary
-Installation & Removal of Hoists
-Transportation of Hoists

We try to coordinate our services with the marinas and dock installers in the area.
