OG Yoga studio and workshops in Boise Idaho for expert Hot Yoga instruction that is practiced with certified instructors using the 26 & 2 (26 asana and 2 breathing exercises) from the original Bikram Yoga system. The series systematically works every part of the body with therapeutic postures that promote flexibility, strength, and balance. Our guided dialogue will encourage your mind to stay present and by practicing them correctly, one gains lasting benefits to mind and body. Studio has heat panels, humidification, clean air, shock-absorbing floor, floor to ceiling windows, and a reflective mirror offering a beautiful reflection in the mirror of the Boise Foothills as well as yourself. Our HOT YOGA STUDIO offers Bikram Method Classes, 60 and 90 minutes, private group classes. monthly passes, and drop-ins for all abilities. With over 400 hours of training, all of your OG Yoga teachers are certified under the Bikram Yoga College of India and/or The OHYA (Original Hot Yoga Association).
