out of 5 starsA representative from ACE named Scott Harter came to my house today to give me an estimate and happened to come at a time when our beloved family dog was having a terrible post-op complication. I was very flustered and said I had an animal emergency and, the first thing he said was, "Can I help you with your dog?" I was surprised he offered but said no. He walked around for the estimate but my dog's situation was declining and, upon seeing this, he actually sincerely offered to put my dog in his truck and drive him 90 minutes to the university vet or to come back when I was ready to help me get him in the car. He then called later to follow up about whether I needed help with my dog. It is not often that I encounter this level of compassion. I am truly touched by his willingness to help me and I think that ACE/Atlas should consider themselves fortunate to call Mr. Harter a member of their company.
