If you need to fix your Sprint phone, do it in the 'burbs. Like going to other places in the city, the employees are lazy, don't care and will do the opposite thing you want --- because they don't care.

People here are clock punchers and can careless if you're having phone issues - they're interested in rushing you out as fast as possible - stick with suburban locations for better service.
