The Cookie Bar specializes in old-fashioned cookies with fresh twists, and the rotating daily selection includes 18 different flavors, six of which are new takes on the tried-and-true chocolate chip cookie, updated with novel ingredients such as dark chocolate and coconut. More exotic flavors include cardamom-orange blossom, milk chocolate chip-ginger and black sesame. Gluten-free and dairy-free options are available as well. The 38-foot long European-style bar faces toward the window, which means you can sample sugar cookies and snickerdoodles while watching the hustle and bustle on Lincoln Avenue. Our healthy cookie options: We don't use any trans-fats, high fructose corn syrup, or rBST dairy products. We start out using 15% less sugar in our recipes, but the only differences you'll notice are bolder, brighter flavors. In our dairy-free cookies, we use coconut oil, which is basically, the best thing you can possibly put in your body. And, our dairy-free and gluten free recipes were created under a doctor's supervision.
