A More Mindful Burger

Chef-owner David Friedman features the same hand-crafted burgers, all-natural ingredients and tasty fresh-cut fries as he does at the original location (in Chicago's South Loop) but the decor here will be noticeably different. To mirror the all-natural menu, Friedman's selects warm, soft colors and natural materials to create a calmer environment—a big departure from the fast-food feel of the first store.
