We are a therapy and counseling practice in Downtown Chicago, providing mental health services to adults of all backgrounds dealing with a wide range of experiences and issues. We provide therapy and counseling for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-doubt and self-esteem issues, shame, loss and grief, or identity issues. We also help individuals who have experienced ongoing complex trauma, or are dealing with work-life balance issues and life transitions. Fermata provides individual therapy in person in downtown Chicago and virtually throughout Illinois. We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. If you have a different plan, we will provide the documentation you need to seek reimbursement from your insurance.
