Richard Becker, a Police Officer that has been investigating accidents for 9 years. He was trained at the Northwestern University Center for public safety in many accident related disciplines, from accident investigation, to accident reconstruction, pedestrian accident reconstruction, and advanced reconstruction. Mr. Becker has excelled as the lead reconstructionist in reckless homicide cases, as well as several fatal and serious injury accidents. He leads the Accident Reconstruction Unit for his Police Department, and further draws on his certifications as a Crime Scene Investigator to ensure that all aspects of any case are fully considered.
