Memorial Therapy Clinic, formerly known as DMH Forsyth Physical Therapy, offers aquatic therapy, allowing patients with arthritic joints to exercise pain free. The rehab facilities have warm water pools that unload weight to lesson knee, hip, shoulder and back pain. Patients who are scheduled for a total hip or total knee replacement may benefit from supervised aquatic exercise to decrease pain, improve flexibility and range of motion, and increase strength prior to surgery. Memorial Therapy Clinic is a department of Decatur Memorial Hospital.
