The service department staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The only problem I have is that some of their services are really overpriced. I can't imagine why it would cost almost $20 to change the light bulb over a license plate.

The service I received was above and beyond! Bill knows how to treat customers fantastic, the service team had my car done so quickly, and the cashier- I mean you can't ask for a kinder and sweeter team!

I highly suggest improving the way the service advisor, I dealt with, communicate with customers. I felt he was not attentive and respectful and appreciative of my presence. I felt like a burden.
