Julias Floral and Gifts is a new floral and gift shop located at 825 1st Avenue in Silvis, Illinois. Formerly in Port Byron, were very happy to welcome new and former customers at our new location! We are your florist for any type of arrangement including weddings, funerals or any of your special occasions, and our rates are very reasonable.
