After careers in the insurance industry, and high school teaching, Kevin decided to follow his passion and expand his love of coffee by learning the craft of roasting. Kevin has lived in Evanston, IL since 1970 (except for a few years across the border in Chicago’s Rogers Park) and has had a LOT of coffee. So, while some people can “talk the talk” because they’ve “walked the walk”, he knows coffee because he’s “drunk the drink”.
