I have called 5 times in the past 3 days and put on hold for over 30 minutes for each call.
It rings every 2 minutes, someone answers and then puts me back on hold without any comment.
I realize sometime they are busy, but there is no excuse for rudeness.

Don't waste your time as you will get no one to answer the phone.
