TBC ActionCOACH of Indiana, led by Tim Campsall, The Messy Middle Guy, helps established owner-led businesses get unstuck and scale so the business can grow without everything depending on the owner. Many successful businesses reach a stage where growth creates more complexity instead of more freedom. The business has outgrown the way it’s being run. The owner has become the bottleneck, is buried in the day-to-day, and too many decisions still depend on them. Systems and processes live in people’s heads, accountability depends on the owner, and the team still needs too much owner involvement. We call this the Messy Middle. Through business coaching, executive coaching, group coaching, leadership and management training, business planning, workshops, and the ActionCOACH Business Operating System, we help owners get out of the day-to-day, build stronger systems, develop their team and leadership, improve accountability, increase profitability, and reduce owner dependence.
