But if you love the taste of smoke...Our smoked meats are awesome and go well with today’s “rustic” venues. If you dread planning events... just say so--I’ll makes it as painless as possible for you--do the planning, and run it by you for approval. I love the challenge of personalizing your menu to you and your event! And I’m always available to meet up at a coffee shop to get to know you and help you plan. I take your ideas, factor in your budget, style, venue, and preferences, and I create a menu just for you.
