I have seen the basement and kitchen area of Otto's Cafe, and the health department needs to be notified. I saw a waitress pouring sugar into sugar shakers, and a roach fell out. Go to another place! or ask to see their kitchen/basement…

I would not recommend going to Otto's if your looking for a good meal in Pittsburg. The restaurant is small and the food is not very good. I could make something better at home for a lot cheaper!
