Carlos O'Kelly's is not worth the trip. It is over priced and only average at best. The food is not consistent, but I always feel ripped-off. I will not be eating here for a long time.

Carlos O'Kelly's is a great Mexican place to eat. It has a great atmosphere, very relaxed, and clean. You get free chips and salsa brought to your table. The portions are large and we usually split a meal.
