Legal documents I draft include: Last Will & Testament, Power of Attorney, Living Trusts for probate avoidance, Healthcare POA, Living Will, Asset Protection Trust, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts (ILIT), & Pourover Wills. My clients range from people and families who require basic estate planning to those requiring business succession planning, international considerations, and asset protection. In addition, I am a lawyer experienced with planning for the estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
