We have used river city flooring in the past years and everything went great. However for 3 months we have tried to buy a new kitchen floor from them. We could not see the sample of the floor we originally wanted and so after 2 months we choose a different floor. Now we have 3/4 of a floor down but they ordered or received at least the wrong floor. Four working days ago the installer let rivercity know part of the floor was wrong. We have attempted to contact rivercity at least 10 times. No one answers and no one calls us back.
