Dr. Neal T. Foley is a board-certified cardiovascular surgeon with dual certifications from the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. He earned a B.A. in Biology at Northwestern University and his M.D. at the University of Illinois School of Medicine. Dr. Foley completed an eight-year surgical training at Baylor College of Medicine under Dr. Michael E. DeBakey—covering general and vascular surgery, thoracic surgery, and a cardiovascular fellowship—and then joined Baylor’s Department of Surgery faculty
