I went here after it first opened and was not very impressed either. The customer service is lacking and the prices are outrageous and that is even with my discount. I never went back.

i felt excited with this new spa opened but have actually stopped going because i do not think the service is great. the receptionist is very rude and i felt that the last time i had a manicure and pedicure it was very rushed.
