Improving Health & Wellness While Exploring African Culture Our goal is to unite members of our community from diverse backgrounds through dance, fitness, and cultural exchange for peace, justice and hope. We boost our mental and physical health, self-confidence, mood, and body image through exercise. We provide a non-judgmental, safe space for all fitness levels to enjoy the benefits of physical activity. Our INITIATIVE also aims to expose our community to many joyful and vibrant elements of African culture through Positively Africana Retail Store.
