Mario's is under new ownership and has been transformed into the Newbury Street Inn. Rooms have been completely renovated for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I'd be careful of any motel located on route one that is not a known chain. I beleive this one rents by the hour. I have not been there, but was told there are theme rooms.
