THIEF! Ryan Walsh, owner, Dependable Air Solutions - See Below! by Paula Nickologianes on 10/4/2025

Ryan Walsh, owner, operator of Dependable Air Solutions is a THIEF! I hired him to install heating & air in my Hull home and for $24,200 which was paid in full unfortunately, I only have a furnace and a pile of inadequate ductwork. I am living in FL while rehabbing my home in Hull and trusted Ryan and my General Contractor. He was paid in full because my incompetent General Contractor told me all trades were done installing, so foam insulation could commence & be completed, so I sent Ryan Walsh his final payment and he disappeared. A Hull police detective reached out to him and he told her he would work with my new General Contractor, but he has NOT returned any calls. He also told the detective that I made racial slurs to either him and/or subcontractors and I have never met any of my subcontractors nor do I know anything about their personal lives. The man is just a liar and will say anything. A Weymouth attorney informed me he represented multiple homeowners who sued him and got judgements, but Ryan Walsh has no assets to attach to. Ryan Walsh refused to pull a permit for his work which is a common complaint. Ryan responds to all complaints on Yelp indicating the rulings were in his favor, but who believes a liar & a thief because he's 1,000% lying.

I am a 64 year-old single woman and the money he stole was from my insurance claim. Ryan Walsh has no ethics, integrity or compassion and I should know because I shared with him the family trauma I was going through which was life changing & devastating and he still stole from me. He will take advantage when he sees an opportunity to do so.

This man is a BAD person and Dependable Air Solutions should be avoided at all costs. His mother & father should be so proud of their son stealing from hard working people!
