Michael O. Shea has approximately 25 years of employment law and litigation experience. He has successfully litigated employment cases in both state and federal courts, as well as employment cases in the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He graduated from Western New England University School of Law in 1989 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1989. Attorney Shea is also a former Assistant District Attorney for Hampden County, and he is also admitted to practice in the Massachusetts federal district courts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
