Luxuria has the practice of quoting one price and at checkout it is always much higher. I have found this to be its practice after several visits. The staff is quite good but I won't be back.

I love coming to Luxuria, Jewel is the best stylist and treats me the way she would want to be treated. She does exceptional color as well as blow drys. She makes it look effortless and you can tell she loves what she die.
