Rude and Disrespectful Staff by Na H on 12/21/2010 via Insider Pages

Dr. McConnell is a wonderful person but his staff is something else to talk about. They are all rude and disrespectful. They yelled and hanged up on me 3 times when i called to enquire about my bill without hearing what i had to say.
