Phillips & Son Drilling Inc. was established in 2004 by Franklin Phillips & Brian Phillips. Franklin has been drilling for over 25 years and Brian started drilling when he was 18 years old. The two of them have drilled in numerous states on the east coast before deciding to start their own company in 2004.
